5. September 2006 Derzeit habe ich eine neue Darksword Miniatur in Arbeit. Naja, eigentlich ist sie nicht neu, sondern eine Neuauflage einer klassischen alten Ral Partha Sammelminiatur. "Journey to the Gathering" habe ich zwar schon einmal bemalt, aber im Zuge der Neuauflage, hab ich mich dazu entschlossen, dieses sehr schöne Modell nocheinmal als Schaustück für den deutschen Darkswordminiaturen-Importeur www.miniaturenland.de zu bemalen. Ich bin zwar inzwischen schon so gut wie fertig und warte auf eine wirkliche Neuheit von Darksword, die ich ebenfalls für www.miniaturenland.de bemalen werde, aber hier sind trotzdem mal einige Fotos von der Bemalung. Ich werde das hier später mit weiteren Fotos ergänzen. Hier aber zunächst erstmal Bilder des gesammten, grundierten Sets und der Bemalung des Hintergrundbaumes. 5th September 2006 Currently I have this new Darksword Miniatur on my workbench. Well, it is not really totally new, but a re-release of an old Ral Partha collector's classic. Allthough I've painted "Journey to the Gathering" once before, I decided to paint up one more as a show piece, for the Germany distributor of Darkswordminiatures, www.miniaturenland.de. Allthough I am almost finished with "Journey", and allready waiting for the next "real" novelty from Darkswordminiatures, which I will also paint up for www.miniaturenland.de, I show you some images of the painting process. I will add more images of the process later. But first here are some images of the entire basecoated set and of the painting of the background-tree. Here are now images of the finished model. |
